According to SSI, the Grand Rapids, MI-based company promotes and leverages its Five Diamond accreditation with a dedicated Certifications page on its Web site that is also pushed out through social media. EPS features the endorsement in its printed brochures, in advertising and promotional materials and in company email signatures. EPS has also used its Five Diamond status to obtain favorable insurance rates and strengthen its relationship with responding agencies.
The purpose of the CSAA Five Diamond Marketing MARVEL Awards Program is to:
- Recognize and honor companies that have used their CSAA Five Diamond designation in creative ways to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Inspire others to market their CSAA Five Diamond advantage.
- Help other CSAA Five Diamond companies create their own CSAA Five Diamond Marketing Toolkit.
